Zenit 11 35mm SLR Camera

Photograph of a Zenit 11 camera

This is my trusty Zenit 11 that I bought in 1989. It is a solid and heavy SLR camera made in Russia that has always worked and continues to give me results that I am impressed with.

  • Over a million Zenit 11 camera were produced between 1981 and 1990.

  • Specifications: 35mm Single Lens Reflex (SLR) camera, metal body, interchangeable lenses using M42 Pentax thread, shutter speeds: 1/30s to 1/500s, tripod mounting point, hot-shoe flash connector, requires 35mm film, produces 24mm x 36mm frames, 36 frames to a standard roll.

  • I bought this one at a second hand shop in Plymouth for £29 in 1989, and it was my main camera until 2001.
